The Friends of St. Augustine's"	is separate from the PCC and is primarily a fund raising group whose membership extends beyond the regular congregation. The people of St. Augustine's work hard to create a sense of belonging, welcoming visitors and maintaining close links with Northbourne C.E. Primary School.
St. Augustine's Bell Ringers	St. Augustine's has a well tuned set of six bells and a very good team of ringers lead by a dedicated captain. This is regarded as a village community, rather than a church activity.
Other Community Activities	Supported actively by the congregation, which includes two parish councillors and church members are leading the project to develop the village recreational ground
Quiz nights	church members participate in the Betteshanger Community Centre quiz nights
